Compared to our high specification grades, our general grade solid silicon sheet offer a more cost-effective solution. Despite being a general grade, this material still has excellent temperature and chemical resistance. This material is also available in a variety of colors and Shore hardness to suit a wide variety of applications.
Food Grade
Food grade materials have passed the SGS food grade material certification. This grade of silicone sheets can come in contact with food. They have good conditions as placemats, table mats, plate mats, etc., and are suitable for various kitchen and daily necessities related applications.
Medical Grade
Medical grade silicone sheets have passed the biocompatibility test and can be used as gaskets and light-transmitting materials on medical devices. They can also be applied to various related industries that come into contact with human skin.
High Temperature Grade
The high temperature grade uses a specific high temperature resistant material formula. This special sheet is suitable for applications with temperatures up to 300°C. Fully compliant with FDA and EC standards. This enables you to use our high temperature silicone sheets in food and beverage contact applications.
Liquid silicone high transparent grade
This grade of material uses liquid silicone. The silicone sheet produced is as transparent as glass, soft, waterproof, and has a light transmittance of 92%-98%. It can be used in a temperature range of -40~200℃. This material is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless. It is also available in food grade and medical grade for you to choose to suit your application field.
